[luatex] oberdiek.luatex.lua still failing for me with MacTeX 2013

Dear George,

It seems, indeed, that your versions of oberdiek.luatex.lua and 
luaotfload are not up-to-date. Attached is the new version of 
oberdiek.luatex.lua, and the fixed luaotfload is on CTAN.
