[luatex] can't run fontspec yet under TeXLive2013 (pre-release)

Dear Mirco,

You can use the two attached files in order to test. oberdiek.luatex.lua 
is an official version, pdftexcmds is adapted by me. These two files 
should indeed be updated for TeXLive 2013, I hope they will be...
