[luatex] compiling on MINIX3

There is not a lot I can do about this problem from here, I fear.
You could try to do an explicit export of MAKE=gmake, maybe that

This is completely different. It looks like a small portability bug in
zziplib, it should #include <strings.h> (or possibly #define

I do not know whether gcc has a predefined macro
for minix, but you can definitely try adding

  #define _POSIX_SOURCE 1

in zzip/stat.c
