[luatex] setting lccode "automatically"

Hi,

thanks to all answers. I use this now:

  for _,i in ipairs
    {181,224,225,226,227,228,229,230,231,232,233,234,235,236,237,238,  .... }  do
    tex.lccode[i] = i
  end

  for _,i in ipairs  {{192, 224},{193, 225},{194, 226},{195, 227},{196, 228},{197, 229},{198, 230},{199, 231}, ... }
  do
    tex.lccode[i[1]]=i[2]
  end

I guess this handles around 100% of all my documents.
