[luatex] strange behavior of zero-width box

The zero-width box issue has gone with commit rev. 4318.

But I have found another problem:

\pdfsave
\pdfsetmatrix{0.87 -0.5 0.5 0.87}
A
\pdfrestore
B
\bye

Now the character "B" has disappeared in the pdf file.
