Hello!

Could be the cause is that I have two TTC in the fonts search path.  
Invoking /usr/local/texlive/2010/texmf-dist/scripts/luaotfload/ 
mkluatexfontdb.lua with up to three (-)v only produces the same 25,000  
repeated lines of output without much content:

	luaotfload | Updating the font names database:
	luaotfload | Font names database not found, generating new one.
	             This can take several minutes; please be patient.

The option '--verbose=<undocumented level>' does not change anything.  
The documentation on where to place a private black list files is vague.


Mac OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard), PPC hardware.
