[luatex] Removing directories from mkluatexfontdb search

Is there any way to remove a directory from the list that
mkluatexfontdb searches?

I'm currently using texlive 2010 on a Windows machine and it searches
Windows/Fonts and Program Files/Adobe/Reader 9.0/resource/font by
default. Setting OSFONTDIR doesn't restrict searching to that
directory, it merely adds it. I've looked at the lua files, but I'm
not sure where these paths are being stored. Is there a file like
XeTeX's fonts.conf/localfonts.conf?
