[luatex] German hyphenation, fontspec and adjusted kerning

As Ulrike Fischer pointed out to me, the German hyphenation patterns conflict with the adjustment of kerning pairs via fontspec and OTF feature files.

Minimal example ...

bonum.fea

languagesystem DFLT dflt;
languagesystem latn dflt;
feature kern {
pos f h 100;
} kern;

test.tex

\documentclass{article}
\makeatletter\bbl at patterns{ngerman}\makeatother
\usepackage{fontspec}
\setmainfont[FeatureFile=bonum.fea]{TeX Gyre Bonum}
\begin{document}
fh aufhalten
\end{document}

Is this a bug that can be fixed or do we have to live with it?
