[luatex] Tracking feature with microtype and LuaTeX

The tracking feature in microtype 2.5 beta-04 is supposed to work  
with LuaTeX 0.62 and above (see microtype manual p. 16). But it  
doesn't (see below). Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?
