Addition for the manual for section "9.2 Changes from e-TeX 2.2":

* \gluestretchorder and \glueshrinkorder are changed because of
  the new keyword "fi" from aleph. They are using
  0 for pt, 1 for fi, 2 for fil, 3 for fill, 4 for filll.
  (e-TeX uses 0 for pt, 1 for fil, 2 for fill, 3 for filll.)
