[luatex] compiling error

Hello,

trying to compile LuaTeX with latest svn version, I get from build.sh:

checking for icu-config... icu-config
checking requested system `graphite' library... ok
checking requested system `icu' library... ok
configure: error: you can not use system libraries for a native TeX Live 
build

and the compilation stops... what did I do wrong?
