Assuming you have luatex version > 0.46.0, yes.

Except in complex cases, compilation of modules can be done as you
normally would for lua binary modules, so best is to try that first.

Unless you tell us exactly which module you want and on which platform
you are, we cannot help with that.

Copy the generated .so or .dll file to below <bindir>/lib/,
that should be all you have to do.
