[luatex] Delimiters don't grow with \overwithdelims

With the following luaotfload.lua file (replacing the one in texlive), I
get a PANIC:

PANIC: unprotected error in call to Lua API (bad argument #-2 (invalid
option 'FractionDelimiterDisplaySize'))
