[luatex] Delimiters don't grow with \overwithdelims

Now that you mention it, I recall that \overwithdelims had some 
problems mapping OpenType parameters to TeX parameters.

My connclusion was the following:

In the absence of a better solution, it may be best to simply 
avoid using \atopwithdelims with OpenType math fonts 
in the new TEX engines and to redefine userlevel macros 
(such as \choose) in terms of \left and \right delimiters.
