[luatex] Problem building 0.50.0 (and trunk)

This typically means that your shell is /bin/dash or some other shell
that does not understand += notation for variables.

Adding

  export CONFIG_SHELL=/bin/bash

before running the build should fix it (this is a known problem with
the configure script that I import from TeXLive)
