[luatex] pdfpages and lualatex?

yes, that's because testpage.pdf doesn't contain any /Resources info in
the /Page dictionary (that doesn't look good). This file

  \pdfcompresslevel=0 \pdfminorversion=3
  \hbox{\pdfximage width 100mm page 1{testpage.pdf}\pdfrefximage\pdflastximage}
  \bye

gives

  LuaTeX warning: PDF inclusion: /Resources missing. 'This practice is not recommended' (PDF Ref.)
