[luatex] Plain TeX is not working

For Hans: we need version number reporting here to keep track of issues
like this one. Perhaps just dump the \contextversion it was derived from
to the log file?

In my local version of luatex-fonts-merged, there is no 'caches' on that
line, neither is there in the current version from minimals (synced two
minutes ago). Needless to say: the test runs without problems.
