[luatex] Hans' luatex-plain fails with cid-keyed fonts

Hi,

Hans Hagen's luatex-plain fails with cid-keyed opentype fonts.

For instance, when I try to use this font:
http://people.ktug.or.kr/~nomos/mine/NanumGothic.otf
in a document like this:

    \font\nmgt=NanumGothic
    \nmgt
    가나다.
    \bye

I get error message:

    ! LuaTeX error
...kim/texmf/tex/generic/luatex/luatex-fonts-merged.lua:1560: bad
argument #2 to 'find_file' (invalid option 'cid').

There was no problem under ConTeXt as far as I remember,
though currently I cannot run the command "context" because of
temporary breakage.
