[luatex] Luatex primitive names

If \directlua is only offered by luatex, then yes. But Manual wrote

"Now I'd rather test for \directlua. *But* if some day Jonathan
include Lua as a scripting language in XeTeX, things will be more
complicated."

and I thought this meant that perhaps \directlua will also be
included in XeTeX.
