[luatex] Why obsolete the fontforge name space?

Oh, I forgot to report back. I actually fixed it a little bit, the
fontforge.open() on AdobeMingStd-Light is now about half the time
of what it used to be. More can be done, I'll be sure to let you
know when I get around to it.
