Maybe, but fortunately Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans usually don't
distinguish between uppercase/lowercase.  Maybe it's worthwhile to
treat these fonts differently.  There are certainly exceptions: In
Japanese there are uppercase and lowercase Hiragana and Katakana but
these two fonts are quite small.

And in Vietnamese words are so small that you don't have to worry
about hyphenation at all.

I don't expect big problems.
