[luatex] compiling luatex on windows

Thanks Taco and Peter,

I will try it out in the next days and I will report back. I need to  
install windows first :). --parallel is not important, so I start with  
the single task make.

Oh, by the way: for compiling luatex: is any windows preferred? I  
would start with vista 32 bit and see what happens.
