[luatex] otf fonts (ligatures, cache, etc.)

You should generate a font cache for XeTeX too, at least on miktex,
with fc-cache -f. It is possible that XeTeX can find some fonts
without this (it is certainly trying hard as one can see if one
makes a typo in the font name) but the cache speed up things. 

And after all there are other scripts that have to run after an
installation of something new (updmap, texhash, fc-cache). One more
isn't really a problem.
