[lltx] luatex.sty and luatexbase.sty

Hi Élie,

thank you very much.

So it seems that I should avoid using luacolor for the moment, and that
for own LuaLaTeX packages I might write, I should use luatexbase.sty
instead of luatex.sty, right?
