[lltx] [luatex] lua module search behaviour

While we are in patches, can you also consider the one I just attached 
on http://tracker.luatex.org/view.php?id=787? (attached to this mail 
too). It fixes myalatexformat (bugs 787 and 746). I CC the list as some 
people will be happy to see this fixed... Do you think it could also 
reach TeXLive 2013?
