Since there is hope that MikTeX will provide LuaTeX some day, and it doesn't use
the same wrappers system as TL (AFAIK), I suggest keeping an option in the
script itself rather than relying only on the wrapper (or arg[0], since I'm not
sure how it is set with MikTeX either).
