[lltx] bidi package extended for LuaLaTeX

The bidi package for xetex does not just provide \autoffotnoterule, in
addition it provides:

\rightfootnoterule, \leftfootnoterule and \textwidthfootnoterule

So if you are going to develop a package for bidi typesetting, from a
developer perspective, you should implement all of these without
questioning, because you are writing for bidi users with a variety of
tastes; you can not just see yourself.
