[latexrefman] Spanish translation of the current version

Hi Nacho - I committed the new version, thanks much.

We make small tweaks to the document pretty often. It wouldn't be worth
updating the translation with every change. I guess the thing to do is
get in touch at some point before making a release, so it can get synced
up. At any rate, I'll work on making a release over the next few days.
(No other changes pending at the moment.)

Meanwhile, below is a diff from the version you sent me to what I committed.

1) no full pathname in the @setfilename please.

2) It's important to have @documentlanguage es in the header to get
Spanish hyphenation in the TeX output. The UTF-8 is for clarity.

3) Missing } in one of the TeX examples.

4) Wrong command names for \owns and \wedge.
