[latexrefman] Added LaTeX's default values used in \@startsection for article, book, and report classes

I needed the article defaults today so it seemed to me that my not having put them in was an oversight.  I'm working with \@startsection at the moment (making a book's layout) and so I sharpened a couple of descriptions and corrected a couple of typos based on my experience with it.
