Branch 'develop' now includes:

     5a08e2a9 add date to the branch identification (internal)
     4a0e1dbf fix issues with robustness:  - keep \index and \glossary fragile for now  - allow \DeclarMathSymbol to alter a definition if it was made by some \DeclareRobustCommand earlier - stop trying to make \small robust in ltnews.tex (as that will make a loop if it is already)
