[latex3-commits] Still Failing: latex3/latex3#931 (master - 76e1fc4)

Hi all,

I have no idea why Travis fails on this test (loading l3str-convert).
On my machine it works fine, and it's not as far as I know a package
that loads any external package.

I've disabled it for now but if anyone (most likely Joseph) knows what
to do to track the problem I'd be interested.
