  Add copies of graphic(s|x) to trial changes

These are at present simple copies (but only extracting the
graphic(s|x).sty files): the idea is to add the 'transferred' code
here then move back to the core LaTeX2e repo once ready.

  Allow for spaces in file names in \Gread at eps

This will allow splitting to give a simpler hook for
\Gread at extractbb.
