Remove \ExplFileVersion from l3doc l3-specific macros

We have a bunch of macros in l3doc, specifically for use in
l3kernel/... documentations, but actually not used, and one
of them involved \ExplFileVersion.  In line with earlier
commits I've removed these \ExplFileVersion lines.
