| Is there a chance to get exactly the same tags (use of With and Height in stead of Style) as with version 2008? using version 2019 or any other version Debian 10 compatible?

STYLE option of IMG tag has been used from latex2html-2018.3, I
think. So, to get old style tag "<IMG WIDTH="WWW" HEIGHT="HHH" 
...", to use latex2html-2018.2 or before. There are no command 
line options to do it for current latex2html, I think.
