[l2h] issue with url.sty ... and language

Hi.

Il used latex2html since 2004. The last version working for
me was the version in xubuntu 16.04 32bits.
Right now, when launching latex2html under debian 9 64bits
ans xubuntu 18.04 64 bits, i get the error messages

No implementation found for style 'url'
No support found for 1 language

Does anybody know how to make it working?
