[l2h] help with latex2html not working

Shigeharu,

Thanks for your response.  

I understand that my installation of latex2html is not properly configured.  There is no configure script and no Makefile in the installation directory.  Do you have suggestions how to finish the configuration properly?

In the meantime I hand-edited l2hconf.pm, and now things seem to work OK.

PS I installed latex2html via homebrew, which usually configures things automatically.  The path to latex is /Library/TeX/texbin/latex.
