[l2h] Contents frame and Expand button

Hi!

I am wondering about the following, which I'm not able to find in the documentation:

Is it possible to adjust the default size of the contents-frame on the left side 
of the web page generated by latex2html. And is it possible to remove the 
"Expand" button located on the top right?

Btw, is there any development of latex2html to e.g. use HTML DIV instead of frames?
