[l2h] Need dim and half dim symbols

I think I finally figured out the problem on this. In my command line I had

  latex2html -no_math -html_version 4,latin1,unicode

unicode seems to bugger things up. I'm not even sure why I put that
there in the first place. Oh well ...

In the meantime I decided to use the following 2 defs (wrapped in a
htmlonly section):

  \newcommand{\halfdim}{\begin{rawhtml}
    <sup><b>&#248;</b></sup>
   \end{rawhtml}}

 \newcommand{\diminished}{\begin{rawhtml}
    <sup><b>o</b></sup>
    \end{rawhtml}}
