[l2h] HOw to install l2h on debian?

I presently run  Ubuntu 9.10 (soon to upgrade) on a number of boxes.
 
>From the command prompt I typed:
 
$ latex2html
 
This told me it wasn't installed and said to install to type:
$ sudo apt-get install latex2html
 
After I put in my password I got the normal prompts for installing software 
and it proceeded to install latex2html.
