[l2h] latex2html under cygwin

Dear all,
I am trying to install latex2html under cygwin.
I am getting the following error:

Error: Perl reported DBM error: dbmopen failed
LaTeX2HTML needs some DBM.

I am using  perl 5.10.0 , gdbm 1.8.3, latex2html 2002-2-1 and cygwin 
1.5.25(0.156/4/2).
