[l2h] pstoimg on cygwin? II - same .eps but monochrome

If I change the gnuplot options to
> set size 2.2,1.1
> set terminal postscript enhanced eps "Helvetica" 28
> set output "IAN_PER3rawrotation.eps"
> set border 15 lw 2
> set key bottom left
pstoimg finishes correctly -and the png looks fine.
Unfortunately, it's the coloured version that I need...
