[l2h] Please help bug latex2html-2002

Hello,
Please help: I have gcc-4.1.2,  latex2html-2002, perl-5.6.2  operating 
system hpux11.00tru64.
After download and decompressing tar.gz I tried to build.
To start I had put latex2html into /var
Find please  below:
1.config.log   I did not find any cfgcache.m
2.config.cache              is empty
3. bugsreport from my terminal
config.log:
This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.
