[l2h] Latex conversion problems

I'm hoping someone can provide some insight on how I can go about fixing 
this problem.  When I run the new-latex2html program which is a 
variation of the commonly used latex2html program.  Does anyone know 
what the following errors mean?

Cannot find matching bracket for 1412;..
