[l2h] Minor configuration problem of the LaTeX2HTML doc HTTP server

I'm getting the following message from Mozilla Firefox when accessing the
LaTeX2HTML manual at <http://www-texdev.ics.mq.edu.au/l2h/docs/manual/>:

Warning: The stylesheet
http://www-texdev.ics.mq.edu.au/l2h/docs/manual/manual.css was loaded as
CSS even though its MIME type, "text/plain", is not "text/css".

Not a big deal, but would be nice if it were fixed.
