[l2h] problem in installing latex2html

Hi:

I met some errors in executing "config.bat":

Argument "10.18.4" isn't numeric in numeric gt (>) at config\config.pl
line 1246

Argument "" isn't numeric in numeric gt (>) at config\config.pl line
1265.

\Program1\GnuWin32\bin\pnmcrop.exeyes
checking for pnmflip... no
checking for ppmquant... \Program1\GnuWin32\bin\ppmquant.exe
checking for pnmfile... no
checking for pnmcat... \Program1\GnuWin32\bin\pnmcat.exe


It seems the config.pl cannot parse a three parts version number like
"10.18.4" or "10.27.0" for the recent Netpbm packages.   Could this be a
simple fix?
