[l2h] Spaces in PATH on Windows

Hello,

Due to  the efforts of the developers, LyX can be installed in the Program Files dir,
and the installer defaults to this choice.

I'm going to add a warning in the LyX wiki about the fact that it should rather be installed in
a directory without spaces in the path if use of latex2html is intended.

Is this appropriate ?
