Hello,

  Is the on-line manual still available? The web address for it
listed in the Documentation section at http://www.latex2html.org  
is:

   http://www-texdev.mpce.mq.edu.au/l2h/docs/manual/

mentioned as

   The official manual provided by the primary LATEX2HTML author, Ross Moore

The link seems to be broken, however:

   www-texdev.mpce.mq.edu.au could not be found

Maybe it's a temporary failure of the server? Is there a mirror somewhere?
