[l2h] Conversion serivce

Hi

I am not familiar with Perl and I am not used to the kind of procedures
needed to install Perl and latex2html. I read that there was a conversion
service planned, where you could upload a tex-file and have it converted.
Will that be available? Or do you recomend I learn how to install all
components on my own computer?
