[l2h] Installation - GS_LIB Warning:

I set the 
GS_LIB=/usr/share/ghostscript/7.05/lib:/usr/share/ghostscript/Resource:.

in cfgcache.pm as  the "Hint" below instructs.
But look just before the "Note:", it seems to get overwritten.
I also tried exporting GS_LIB.
The file gs_init.ps is in the lib directory.
The Directory "Font" in Resource

I have been able to run the latex2html and get output.
Am I doing something wrong or is it the script ?
