[l2h] m4 macros for electric circuit diagrams

I'm trying to convert a latex-document which uses m4 macros for electric
circuit diagrams to html. Unfortunately the pictures are coming out
"distorted" as you can see on

Is there a way to solve this problem?
The author of the "M4 macros for Electric Circuit Diagrams" says the
problem is due to  latex2html.
